INFORMATION ON THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA

On May 25, 2018, Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of April 27, 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing the Directive, will apply in the entire European Union. 95/46 / EC (referred to as “GDPR” or “General Data Protection Regulation”).
Therefore, we would like to inform you about the processing of your Personal Data by us and the rules on which it will take place after May 25, 2018. Below you will find basic information on this topic.

1. DATA ADMINISTRATOR

2. PURPOSE AND GROUNDS FOR DATA PROCESSING

The data administrator will process your personal data in particular in order to:

a) conclusion of the contract / provision of services based on your interest in our offer (basis from art.6 par.1 lit.b RODO);

b) performance of the contract / provision of services we have concluded (the basis of art.6 par.1 lit.b RODO);

c) fulfilling the legal obligations incumbent on the Administrator (the basis of art.6 par.1 lit.c RODO);

d) analytical [selection of services to the needs of our clients, optimization of our products based also on your comments about them and your interest, optimization of service processes based on the course of sales and after-sales service processes, including complaints, etc.] being the implementation of our law justified in this interest (the basis of art.6 par.1 lit.f RODO)

e) archival (evidence) being the implementation of our legally justified interest in securing information in the event of a legal need to prove facts (basis from Article 6 paragraph 1 letter f of the GDPR);

f) possible determination, investigation or defense against claims being the implementation of our legally justified interest (basis from Article 6 paragraph 1 letter f of the GDPR);

g) customer satisfaction survey which is the implementation of our legitimate interest in determining the quality of our service and the level of our customers’ satisfaction with products and services (basis from Article 6 paragraph 1 letter f of the GDPR);

h) we offer you products and services directly (direct marketing), including choosing them in terms of your needs, which is the implementation of our legally justified in this interest (the basis of art.6 par.1 lit.f RODO);

i) provide you with information, including about changes, price list, change of address or registered office to the address indicated on the basis of your consent (the basis of art.6 par.1 lit.a RODO):

j) using direct marketing, including organizing and conducting competitions, other marketing campaigns, informing about promotions and news based on your consent (the basis of Article 6 paragraph 1 point a of the GDPR),

Direct marketing carried out with your consent can be implemented by means of electronic communication such as e-mail, sms, telephone.

3. DATA RECIPIENTS (PROCESSING ENTITIES)

Your personal data may be disclosed to entities with whom we cooperate, in particular: our business partners, IT companies, accounting company, debt collection company, insurance company, postal operators and courier companies, document archiving companies, marketing agencies, law firm.

4. DATA STORAGE PERIOD

Your personal data processed in order to perform the contract concluded with us and fulfill our legal obligation will be processed for the duration of the contract, and after its expiry for the period of:
a) in which claims related to this contract may be disclosed,
b) after-sales service (including consideration of complaints),
c) fulfilling a legal obligation incumbent on us (e.g. resulting from accounting or tax regulations).
If the contract is not concluded within 60 days of the offer being made to us, your personal data related to conversations about this contract will be immediately deleted / archived, except for the data needed for direct marketing.
We may process personal data processed for the purposes of direct marketing of our products and services until you object to their processing for this purpose or we determine that they have become outdated.
Personal data processed on the basis of a separate consent will be stored until its revocation.

5. RIGHTS OF PERSONS WHO THE DATA CONCERNS:

According to the GDPR, you are entitled to:
a) the right to access their data and receive a copy thereof;

b) the right to rectify (amend) your data;

c) the right to request deletion of data or restriction of data processing;

d) the right to object to the processing of data if they are processed based on the justified interest of the Administrator or for direct marketing;

e) the right to transfer data;

f) the right to withdraw consent to the processing of your personal data if the processing took place on the basis of consent. However, withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing based on your consent before its withdrawal.

g) the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.

You can exercise the rights listed in points a) to f) by contacting the Data Administrator at the address provided at the beginning.

6. FREEDOM TO PROVIDE PERSONAL DATA

Providing your personal data is voluntary, but it is necessary to conclude and perform a sales / service contract with us.

The data administrator does not make decisions in an automated manner, including profiling, based on the personal data being processed.
